I do not have a business, but if I did, there are a number of words I would ban.
- synergy
- solution
- paradigm
- paradigm shift
- lifestyle
- resource (in reference to a potential employee ie, "We need to get five more resources in here")
- extreme (when used in a casual manner ie, "This is our new product, Oreo Extreme.")
- acquisition
In addition there are now some practices I would ban as well:
- Addressing people in email as "Team" (ie, "Hello team")
- Addressing people by last name only ("When are you available, McAleer?")
- Giving anyone anything by Successories, ever, in seriousness
