As a welcome home treat for The Wife, I made a tray of Double Lemon Bars using a recipe from Bon Appetit. They came out simply fabulous. For reference: I cut it back to 3 eggs, didn't use lemon pulp, and used about 1.5 times the lemon juice called for. Strong, strong lemon flavor. Mmm hmm. My new two camera strategy is in effect, as the kids say, and the replacement all-purpose camera has arrived: the Lumix TZ1. Haven't been able to use it much yet, of course! The TZ1 is shorter and thinner than the A80 but a wee bit wider. It feels quite good in the hand, as well: it feels like a Real Camera. And of course for me, it's pocketable. A pocketable 10x optical zoom? Now you're talking. Welcome home, Tizzy! (And yes, my wife keeps the A80 ftw.)
