Double Lemon Bar
As a welcome home treat for The Wife, I made a tray of Double Lemon Bars using a recipe from Bon Appetit. They came out simply fabulous.
For reference: I cut it back to 3 eggs, didn't use lemon pulp, and used about 1.5 times the lemon juice called for. Strong, strong lemon flavor. So good.
